What is it?
DNASearch is the WimLabs solution to store, transmit and search information in genomic data acquired by high speed sequencing machines.
How does it work?
DNASearch compresses aligned data of a high speed sequencing machines by a factor of ~100 using the MPEG-G standards (ISO/IEC 23902). Thanks to the high compression ratio data can be stored locally at low cost and efficiently transmitted to a data center/cloud. A range of genomic data can be extracted in a matter of seconds using DNA Search.
